  I like how it's like having a personal trainer and a group class all in one. With the heart rate monitors you are only competing against yourself so it's ok if you are the slowest person in the class because you can see your progress on the screen. I have never enjoyed working out and now I look forward to going to the gym! The coaches and staff are motivating and encouraging. The other members, even if you have never met them before, all support each other. I highly recommend Orange Theory Fitness in Danbury! I have attended an Orange Theory gym in another state and I was not impressed. Danbury is a special studio they really make you feel like they care about your success.
